Meet Dasia BobbsFounder of Arose Healing Institute | Creator of The A.R.O.S.E. Method™

You don’t have to navigate emotional trauma, grief, or the “living grief” of narcissistic abuse alone.
At Arose Healing Institute, the mission is to provide a structured path that helps you move out of survival mode and into stability — rebuilding your identity, your clarity, and your sense of self.
This work was not created from theory alone — it was created from understanding what is often missing in the healing process.
Many people are told to move forward without ever being shown how to understand their emotional patterns, regulate their internal responses, or rebuild from a place of stability.
The A.R.O.S.E. Method™ was developed to change that.
It provides a clear, structured approach that bridges trauma-informed somatic safety with faith-based identity restoration — allowing healing to become something that is not only understood, but applied.
As the creator of the A.R.O.S.E. Method™ and author of The A.R.O.S.E. Method™, my work focuses on helping individuals understand their internal patterns, stabilize their emotional responses, and rebuild their identity with clarity and intention.
I am currently pursuing a B.S. in Applied Ministry, which supports the integration of spiritual identity work with trauma-informed healing practices.
This approach is designed to be both grounded and transformative — addressing the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing without bypassing either.
This work is built on a few foundational principles:
* Your body must feel safe before your mind can process and heal.
*Healing requires structure not just awareness.
*Boundaries are a form of self respect and self preservation.
*Stability creates the foundation for true expansion.
“Healing isn’t just about moving on —
it’s about finally having the tools to stand on solid ground.”
If you’re ready to move beyond survival mode and begin experiencing real, structured transformation, your next step starts here.
At Arose Healing Institute, your physical and emotional safety is a priority. Because this work focuses on recovery from narcissistic abuse and emotional trauma, clear boundaries and confidentiality are essential.
- Discretion: All sessions and communication are conducted in a secure and private environment.
- Scope of Practice: I am a trauma-informed coach and a student of Applied Ministry. My services are not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, diagnosis, or emergency crisis intervention.

Healing requires a safe and structured environment. This space is designed to support that process with clarity, professionalism, and care.
