Meet Dasia BobbsFounder of Arose Healing Institute | Creator of The A.R.O.S.E. Method™

"Hi, I’m Dasia Bobbs.
I’m not only the founder of Arose Healing Institute™—I’m also someone who understands firsthand the realities of trauma, grief, narcissistic abuse, identity loss, toxic family dynamics, and the long journey of rebuilding self-worth.
For years, I searched for healing the same way many people do—through awareness alone. I learned that understanding what happened to you is important, but awareness by itself doesn’t create transformation.
Real healing requires structure.
That’s what inspired me to create The A.R.O.S.E. Method™—a trauma-informed framework designed to help people move from survival mode into emotional stability, self-trust, and lasting transformation.
Why I Created The A.R.O.S.E. Method™Many people know they’re hurting.
They know they’re grieving.
They know they’re stuck in unhealthy patterns.
Yet they continue repeating the same emotional cycles because no one has shown them a clear path forward.
The A.R.O.S.E. Method™ was created to provide that path.
A structured healing framework built around five core stages:
Awareness – Understanding the emotional patterns keeping you stuck.
Regulation – Stabilizing your nervous system and emotional responses.
Ownership – Reclaiming your voice, identity, and personal power.
Stabilization – Building emotional safety, boundaries, and consistency.
Expansion – Stepping into a healthier, more grounded version of yourself.
